Human Resources Administrator

Mobility: The post holder may be required to travel to other Trust schools from time to time.

This is a fantastic opportunity reporting to the Trust’s Human Resources Director to provide HR administration support to the highly successful Bennett Memorial Diocesan School in Tunbridge Wells. Our successful candidate will be able to build strong working relationships across the school by delivering efficient and effective administration throughout the employee life cycle. This is a new role, supporting the in-housing of key HR administration processes and giving our perfect candidate an opportunity to shape systems and key performance indicators.

You will be highly organised and able to tackle conflicting priorities and deadlines with a smile. Tenacious with complex queries, and proactive in tracking correspondence, meetings and actions, you will support school recruitment processes, and ensure our internal HR admin service is compliant with employment legislation, best practice and Safer Recruitment procedures.

Personal integrity, the ability to maintain the strictest standards of confidentiality and a flexible attitude to the role are essential. You will customer focused and sympathetic to the ethos of the school and wider Trust.
