Andrea works closely with the Tenax central team, to ensure efficient strategic collaboration between our rapidly growing trust and school operations. She has been part of TST team since 2018 and is currently our teaching school hub operations and engagement manager.
Andrea brings her broad experience of operational process and systems, combined with understanding of the education sector to support teams to work together effectively. Previously a primary school headteacher, Andrea has been an integral part in scaling up our teaching school hub operations since designation; her administration team now serve over 600 schools across the region.
A key part of Andrea’s role for Tenax is in supporting stakeholder engagement and communication, to ensure the trust has the information needed for decision making and development.
