Nicola has been part of the safeguarding team at Bennett Memorial since 2015, moving to Designated Safeguarding Lead in 2022. During this time she has gained a wealth of experience in developing robust safeguarding systems and policies, designing and leading trust wide staff training and working with multiple agencies to develop a strong safeguarding culture. Originally a design and technology teacher at Bennett, Nicola has been with TST since 2004. Her leadership roles have always brought a strong focus on welfare and inclusion, ensuring that each individual student has every opportunity to flourish.
