As CFOO at Tenax, Yong leads the Trust Central Services team, overseeing Finance, HR, Estates, Health and Safety, Compliance and Risk, and Communications and Marketing. He is committed to advancing the trust’s mission of delivering the best possible outcomes for its pupils.
Formerly Finance Director at The BRIT School, one of the top-performing arts colleges in the UK, Yong’s career in schools and trusts has included leadership roles in Finance, HR, IT, Data and Estates. Alongside CIPD and chartered accountancy qualifications, he was selected as one of 100 professionals in the UK to undergo specialised training as a School Business Director.
