Jane is a TST executive headteacher who brings a wealth of experience in primary school improvement to offer curriculum focused support for our trust schools. She began her teaching career in inner city London and relocated to Kent 20 years ago with her young family. After working as a deputy headteacher, she joined the Kent local authority advisory service to focus on school improvement across the county. As a trained SENCO she is passionate about inclusion and inclusive practice. Jane has been the headteacher at Brenchley and Matfield for 13 years and also facilitates National Professional Qualifications and Early Career Framework for Kent Teaching School Hub.
