Nancy is currently completing her AAT Level 3 qualification as a finance apprentice within the trust’s Central Services team. Having enjoyed her own time at school, working in education feels like a natural fit and a chance to combine a love of finance with a genuine sense of purpose.
Nancy is ambitious. She is working towards becoming a chartered accountant, with a longer-term aspiration to move into financial leadership, perhaps one day at CFO level. Her motivation goes beyond her own career, she wants to inspire others and make a lasting contribution to the organisations she serves.
