Pauline became Finance Director for TST in 2023, building on her operational experience as Financial Controller for the Trust. Prior to that she also served as a School Business Manager for one of our primary schools. In December 2025, she stepped into the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, bringing her steady leadership and commitment to supporting our schools. She is working towards her affiliate status as a member of CIPFA having successfully acquired the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Public Finance and Operational Leadership.
She has previously held operational and financial management roles in other school trusts, including one of the UK’s largest Multi Academy Trusts. Prior to that she worked for a major banking organisation for over 26 years. She has gained both her Associate membership of Chartered Institute of Banking (ACIB) and Diploma in Business Management (Cert Mgt Dip/CMI.)
